Gina joined Boococks in 2001. She knows our rental properties and the local rental property market inside out.
Gina is a single point of contact for landlords and tenants on matters relating to our rental property portfolio. She oversees all aspects of our fully managed service including drawing up tenancy agreements, property inventories, arranging repairs and liaising with utility providers.
As a highly experienced and established member of our team, Gina enjoys many longstanding and positive working relationships with both landlords and long-term tenants.
