May we introduce Chris Wetton, Manager of Boococks

Chris has over three decades wide-ranging experience in estate agency, including roles as a negotiator, valuer and land manager.

Chris has worked widely throughout West Yorkshire in many diverse property markets. He joined Boococks in 2010, where his vast experience and thorough knowledge of the local property market benefits buyers and sellers alike.

Chris oversees both the sales and lettings sides of our property portfolio, working closely with our Sales Negotiator Harry Manock and our Rentals Manager Gina Brown.

Chris was born and bred in Calderdale, attended Hipperholme Grammar School and has lived most of his life in and around Hipperholme.

He’s a real sports fanatic, particularly rugby union - he’s a former 1st team captain of the Old Brodleians RUFC where he played there for over three decades until his knees finally gave up!
