Boococks Letting Agents will actively market your property which will be displayed on several internet sites along with photographs and a brochure and will be added to our extensive mailing list.

We provide landlords with two options when letting out their properties, briefly described below:

Full Property Management

• Full tenant referencing
• Tenancy Agreement drawn up with Section 21 (1)(b)
• Inventories with photographs/video
• Regular inspections
• Deposit of bond into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme
• Arrange any repairs if required
• Contact the local council, gas, electric and water suppliers upon the tenant occupying and vacating the property
